Why I Created Through The Grey
Through The Grey was created from lived experience — not just education.
As someone who has navigated systems as a young single mother and worked to rebuild from the ground up, I understand what it feels like to move through life without clear support, while still trying to hold everything together.
There was a time in my life where I was navigating systems that didn’t feel built for me, trying to understand what I was going through without the language, support, or guidance I needed. I know what it feels like to carry a lot, to feel overwhelmed, and to not always have a space where you feel fully seen or understood.
That’s why I created this space.
Through The Grey is a non-clinical, peer-based support space where you don’t have to have it all figured out. My role is to walk alongside you — helping you make sense of what you’re experiencing, recognize patterns, and build practical tools that actually support your day-to-day life.
This isn’t about pressure, labels, or “fixing” you.
It’s about creating space for reflection, clarity, and growth — at your pace.
Support is available through one-to-one sessions, small group conversations, and community workshops.
